Will customer refunds affect my commission?

Yes. Commission is calculated on the net transaction amount, so if a customer refunds an order, the related commission is reversed or deducted accordingly. Only successfully delivered and non-refunded orders count toward your final earnings. This is why earnings may first appear as "Pending" until the order clears the refund window.
